Shipping

We offer free standard postage within Australia for all orders over $100

Any orders for less than $100 will incur a $10 fee for postage within Australia unless otherwise indicated

Orders made before midday (working days) will be sent the same day and orders made after midday or during non-working periods will be posted the next working day

Express shipping is available within Australia and is subject to Australia Post's Express Post service - prices are based on weight

International shipping is available and prices are dependent on weight - if your country isn't listed then please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you

Please provide the delivery address where you will located during business hours to avoid any delays in receiving your order

Delivery times are dependent on your location but for standard shipping are typically 2-4 working days within Australia

Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your item/s and work hard to ensure that you are. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30-day return policy

If you contact us during this time then we can offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item/s are returned to us unused and in their original condition

Note: The only exception to this are food items which cannot be returned

Refunds/Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected the returned item/s we will notify you by email with details of our actions
As long as the item/s are unused and in their original condition, based on your preference, we will either...

  • Issue a refund to your original method of payment OR
  • Arrange shipment of the requested exchange item/s

If you request an exchange and the item you wish to exchange for is not available then we will contact you and try and work out the best course of action

If we notify you that we have made a refund please allow adequate time for the payment to transfer
